About Roomform
Roomform is building the universal 3D design platform, empowering anyone to scan and design their space with AI, while giving retailers of all sizes a way to instantly showcase and sell their products in 3D.
We're a Delaware C-Corp blending AI, spatial computing, and e-commerce to reimagine how people visualize and shop for furniture.
The Role
Own growth end-to-end. You'll craft the story, build the acquisition engine, and turn early interest into active users and retailer partners.
What You'll Do
Brand & Storytelling
- -Define brand voice and visuals; ship short-form video, launch reels, AI demos.
Acquisition & Performance
- -Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt).
- -Test & scale Meta, Google, TikTok Ads; set targets for CPC/CAC/CVR and hit them.
- -Stand up the growth experiment cadence (A/B tests, weekly learnings).
Lifecycle & Content
- -Build email/waitlist → onboarding → activation → referral loops (Klaviyo/Customer.io/etc.).
- -Own SEO + content calendar (landing pages, blog, case studies).
Community & Partnerships
- -Grow Discord/Reddit; mobilize UGC and creator collabs.
- -Run retailer-facing campaigns (lead lists, outreach sequences, launch co-marketing).
Analytics & Ops
- -Wire up the stack (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Looker Studio).
- -Build dashboards; forecast and manage a lean marketing budget.
Team & Leadership
- -Hire/lead a small bench (creator, performance, community) and manage freelancers.
Who You Are
- 1-5 years in marketing/growth (consumer, e-comm, design, or AI preferred).
- Shipped 0→1 launches and managed real ad spend with measurable ROI.
- Fluent in social + performance growth loops; strong copy & creative judgment.
- Data-driven operator who iterates fast and loves owning the number.
